Refund policy
At NoblePaw, all return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not automatically accept returns or issue refunds unless the request has been reviewed and approved by our team.
To request a return or refund, please email us at shopnoblepaw@gmail.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Clear photo/video of the item
- Reason for the return or refund request
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and let you know whether your return or refund has been approved. Approval is not guaranteed.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned only after approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine the issue was caused by an error on our end.
